WSQ Workplace Safety and Health Control Measure
(Formerly known as WSQ Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan)
Course Overview:
The bizSAFE is a programme which administered by the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) to
encourage the workplace safety and health. There are 5 different levels in this programme.
The bizSAFE Level 2 course is designed for Risk Management Champions (RMC) in Singapore that were
nominated by their organization. It involves developing a practical risk management implementation
plan for the organization which identify specific actions to be taken, by whom and time for their
completion. By attending the course, Risk management champion can learn how to assist their company
in Risk Assessment (RA) and implementation after they understood the requirements needed to design
a Risk Management Plan.

Management, Risk Management Champions / Team Members, Risk Assessment Team Leader / Team
Members, Risk Management Engineers / Executives.
Course Content:
1. Verify the expectation of a risk management (RM) champion/RM Team Leader
2. Form a risk management team
3. Establish risk assessment methodology
4. Develop a workplace risk management plan to implement the hazard identification, risk assessment,
and risk control measures in accordance with organizational WSH policy
5. Present risk management plan to stakeholders
6. Communicate the identified hazard, risk evaluated, and implemented risk control measures to the
person concerned in accordance with risk management plan.

2 hours of assessment
Attendance Requirements :
Learner must achieve 100% attendance for entire course
Certification :
Upon successful completion of the course a certificate endorsed by GREENCROSS SAFETY FIRE AND
EQUIPMENT CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD will be issued the participants.

ESS Workplace literacy and numeracy Level 5 above
